The best view on "river bad"They have only three dishes but each one is fresh and tasty.Its not a chef restaurant but the combination of the view and hunger make the deal.

The place is a sort of bar/resto/cafe. Terrace is nice with a nice view to the river.The food was really nice. We had really nice beef that was nicely marinated in garlic and then grilled. Along with the beef rice, patato chips and some veggies were served. We also ordered an extra salad. We had vino verde, coffee and icecream and for 5 people (3 adults 2 kids) we paid around 70. The view is very nice, but bring a sweater and pants in the evening (also in summertime) if you sit on the terrace.

The location and views over the Douro river are stunning. The restaurant has both some tables on the outdoors terrace, and indoors with spectacular views over the Douro valley. The tables indoors are closed off from the outside by a glass wall, offering both views and comfort.The food is clearly fresh, homemade, simple and affordable. There is some fingerfood and soup as starters, various meat and fish options for the mains, and various desserts.

This is a hidden gem on the side of the hill. The terrace has stunning views over the river and the restaurant offers authentic unassuming Portuguese food. Great value for money.
